1. About this store

GlobalMarketShop is an online store. When you place an order, we source the item and ship it to you. Payment is Cash on Delivery — you pay when your order arrives, not at checkout.

2. Placing an order

You can browse, add products to your cart and check out as a guest — no account required. Your order details (name, mobile number, delivery address and items) are submitted to us to process and fulfil your order.

3. Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. Coupon codes, where valid, reduce your order total as described at checkout; they have no cash value outside an order.

4. Cancellations

You can request a cancellation by contacting us with your order number before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but may be eligible for return per our shipping policy.

5. Product information

We make reasonable efforts to keep listings, pricing and availability accurate, but errors can occur — if something is mispriced or unavailable after you order, we'll contact you before fulfilling it.

6. Limitation of liability

GlobalMarketShop is a small, independently run store. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this site or delays in delivery beyond our control.
