Shipping charges

• Orders above ₹999 — Free shipping.
• Orders below ₹999 — Flat ₹49 shipping fee.
• The FREESHIP coupon unlocks free shipping on orders above ₹799.

Delivery timelines

We source each order after it's placed, so delivery typically takes 5–9 business days depending on your pincode. Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and on your order details page.

Order processing

Once placed, your order moves through these stages: Placed → Confirmed → Processing → Shipped → Out for Delivery → Delivered. You can follow each stage on the Track Order page using your order number and mobile number.

Serviceable locations

We deliver to most pincodes across India. If your pincode is not serviceable, our support team will contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the order.

Delays

During sale events, festivals or extreme weather, deliveries may take longer than estimated. We'll keep the order timeline updated so you always know where your package is.
