Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect the information needed to process and deliver your order — your name, mobile number, email and delivery address — and nothing more. We don't collect payment card details, since orders are Cash on Delivery.

What we collect, and why

• Order details. When you check out, your name, mobile number, email, delivery address and order contents are sent to our order database so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Wishlist and recently-viewed items. Saved only in your browser's local storage, on your own device — we don't receive this.
• Newsletter sign-ups and contact form messages. Stored so we can respond to you or send updates you've asked for.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal data.
• We never share your order details with anyone beyond what's needed to deliver your order (e.g. a courier).

Third-party services

Order data is stored with Supabase, our database provider. We use Google Fonts, Google Analytics and Google AdSense on this site, which may set cookies or process your IP address as part of serving fonts, measuring traffic or showing ads — see Google's own privacy policy for how they handle that data.

Your data, your control

Want your order history or contact details removed? Email us via the contact page with your order number or email address and we'll take care of it.
